About the role

Join Zillow Group as our Senior Ad Delivery Systems Manager and take charge of advancing our advertising solutions. As a Senior Ad Delivery Systems Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective ad delivery systems.

  • Be responsible for the overall performance and maintenance of ad delivery systems.

  • Handle relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

  • Supervise and analyze the performance of ad delivery systems.

  • Controlling the advertising budget to manage expenses and maximize the return on investment.

  • Ensure ad delivery systems align with industry standards and regulations.

  • Provide high-level technical mentorship and decision-making for ad delivery systems.

  • Collaborate with partners to define advertising project goals, communicate capabilities, strategize plans to achieve them.

  • Write technical documentation as ad platforms and products evolve and ensure partners are aware of new features/capabilities.

  • Find opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in ad delivery processes.

  • Develop training programs for team members on ad delivery systems and best practices.

  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of documentation for ad delivery systems and processes.

  • Lead the response to major incidents affecting ad delivery systems and coordinate resolution & mitigation efforts.

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of ad delivery through meticulous testing and validation processes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Proven experience leading ad technology or related technologies at a premium publisher.

  • Have a deep understanding of ad delivery platforms capabilities and features, such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Smartly, and programmatic technology.

  • Familiar with CRM/OMS technology such as Salesforce.

  • Have an eye for efficiency, usability, scale and automation, and always question how we can make things better, faster, easier.

  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects, handling ambiguity, and using data to drive decisions.

  • Self-starter mentality that is ready to drive end to end implementation of ideas and initiatives.

  • Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies that are aligned with company objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with technical and non-technical customers of varying levels of seniority.

  • Possess technical analysis skills to shift data and look at https requests.

  • Have outstanding care and precision in work, ensuring quality shines through in every detail.
