Location: Karachi, In Person
Total hours: 40 hours a week (May include some weekend shifts). Shifts will be 8 hours long, 5 days a week. Shift start and end timings can range from 9 AM to 9 PM ET but will not exceed 8 hours.

Position Overview: The Student Success Assistant is a vital part of our team, ensuring exceptional student experiences through expert support and compassionate communication. This role engages with enrolled students and parents via phone, email, text, and online chats, providing timely advice and solutions to drive student success and organizational growth. This is a on-site position requiring Saturday and Sunday (9am-5pm Eastern) and 4 evenings (5pm-9pm Eastern) per week, with flexibility for additional hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to students and parents across all programs via phone, email, text, and chat, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to student/parent inquiries and needs.
Communicate accurate, compelling information in the brand’s voice to support student engagement.
Act as a liaison between students/parents and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Document all interactions to maintain service continuity and enhance customer experience data.
Execute customer retention strategies with professionalism and empathy.
Provide basic technical support for student access to online platforms and classrooms.
Perform daily administrative tasks to support department functionality and vision.
Collaborate with team members and the Operations Manager to exceed student and teacher expectations.
Offer expert advice and follow-up to prospective students/parents to promote our services.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with communication platforms, Microsoft Office, and proprietary tools.
Experience in test preparation, academic support, or online education is a plus.
Background in operations, customer service, customer success, or related fields is a plus.
